Contact us promptly if you notice an error. A change is not guaranteed once production has started.
Personalised products
Because personalised goods are made for a specific customer, change-of-mind handling may differ from standard products. Your statutory rights for defective or incorrectly supplied goods are not excluded.

Keep the item and packaging, take clear photographs, and contact support with your order reference so the issue can be assessed.
